Group Facilitator: Mona Costantini
Mona has a Masters Degree art therapy and is a workshop facilitator and spiritual
companion who offers her gifted quality of presence and support to those interested
in personal transformation. Mona lives in Milford CT. on a secluded ranch,
creates artwork daily and is a Ph.D. candidate at Wisdom University. Her program
Bear With-Me visits children nationally who are touched by a chronic or terminal
illness.

Fay will be complementing Monas' workshop with Chinese Medicine techniques. Fay studied both Zen meditation & Qigong for over 16 years and has been a Qigong teacher for 13 years. She is a major resource on Qigong in the integrative medical community in San Diego.
